2020: How the events of the country changed

Another year will pass in a few days.  Although every day brings hope, the first of January means something else. Usually  every year it is an upward or forward step in the life of every nation and its citizens but can we call 2020 the same year? or was it a big step downward of national pride erosion of basic personal and human rights.

It is not that every year is good for the nation and the people of the country. We have slid backward over many years in post independent history. After 1984 no other year had such a negative impact on people's lives and Indian Republic Democratic Spirit.

In 1984, Operation Blue Star conducted by the Indian Army at the Golden Temple due to the increasing terrorism in Punjab. After which a few months later, after the assassination of Indira Gandhi, the whole country was engulfed by anti-Sikh riots. In the same year, the Bhopal gas tragedy killed thousands and affected millions. That year was also a dark year in Indian history, like 2020. Like that year, this year too, we have committed many mistakes but it is important that we take a lesson from them, so let's take a look at the events of 2020 that made 2020 worse than 1984.

Students and teachers of JNU were attacked

In January 2020 students  and teachers of JNU were attacked by some outsiders in which   JNUSU President Aishi Ghosh was badly injured in the attack. Along with this, more than 40 students and teachers were injured in the attack. The injured included 30 students while 12 teachers. It can be clearly said that this attack was not on the teachers and students of jnu but it was on the tendency to questioning  which is undoubtedly dangerous for our democratic values.

Delhi Riots

There were riots in Delhi between 23 and 27 February in which 53 people were officially killed. The Delhi Minorities Commission constituted a nine-member committee on March 9 to investigate this. The committee constituted by the Delhi Minorities Commission for the investigation said that the riots in February in the northeastern district of Delhi were planned, organized and targeted at a particular community. The government still has no help from the central government to the victims in the riots.

In between, A special event called 'Namaste Trump' was organized in India for Donald Trump. The event was organized on the same lines as 'Howdy Modi' on the arrival of Modi in America. According to media reports, more than one lakh people attended the 'Namaste Trump' at the Motera Cricket Stadium.

Gujarat leader Amit Chavda called the Namaste Trump program responsible for spreading coronavirus in the state and demanded the investigation of the entire case by a special investigation team.

Covid-19 and labor exodus

2020 will be remembered in history due to the covid-19 Pandemic, but in India this disease will not be remembered as a mere natural tragedy or a crisis.

covid-19 has many negative effects on the lives of the people and  Health management. Due to the disastrous public health system, people had to face a lot of problems. It has been proved once or again that the poor should not get sick in this country. Medical Crisis or Penderm in general gives our political leadership an opportunity to increase people's awareness. These are some of the occasions that are useful for promoting science and scientific temper in people. But our leaders were not able to capitalize on this opportunity.

The lockdown implemented nationwide due to coronavirus had the worst effect on migrant laborers. The situation has become such that the migrant laborers were forced to walk hundreds or thousands of kilometers to return home due to the lockdown. Somewhere throughout the country, the laborers were busy trying to return to their homes on the highway. But the government remained silent on this issue.

China in galwan valley

On June 15, there was a violent clash between the soldiers of the two countries in the Galwan Valley of Ladakh and 20 Indian soldiers were killed. It is also believed that

 Chinese side also suffered casualties.

Apart from all this, there have been some good things in 2020, which should also be given some credit to the government, such as new education policy, Bhoomipujan of Ram Mandir and construction of  new assembly. 2020 was not as bad as we have made from our mistakes. If the government had given priority to some things, we would have been in a slightly better position. 2020 reminds us of Dushyant Kumar's line.

What were the reasons for the violence during the transfer of power in America and who is responsible for them?

During the process of transfer of power in the United States, whatever happened outside and inside the Parliament, it is a matter of shame not only for america but for the whole democratic world, the country who  preaches democracy to the world and even trying to impose democratic methods in other countries. it also opens the pole of all his weaknesses. There is no doubt that it was US President Donald Trump who instigated his supporters who entered the Parliament and spread chaos, but the question is how the President of the world's most powerful democratic country was able to reject the election results like this? How did such challenges arise in the transfer of power in the most powerful country like America, from the point of view of democracy? Let us look at the shortcomings due to which a country like America also faced worldwide criticism.  Old and complex electoral process.  This was made possible by an election process fraught with flaws and complications....

vaccine crisis in India.Issues related to the vaccine currently?

About 6 months ago, when India was witnessing a decline in the corona case, hardly anyone would have thought that India would witness the second wave of coronavirus. But this happened and India completely caught the coronavirus. Perhaps this is the reason why India's healthcare has collapsed. The way India was donating the Coronavirus vaccine to the world, it never felt that this country would ever be able to cope with the vaccine crisis. But this happened and now the universalization of vaccines in India is also seen as a setback along with the health service. Even though the Indian government has announced to vaccinate people above the age of 18 years, but the way in which the states have given up arms, it seems that the vaccination plan in India may be affected. One of its hallmarks is that India, which exports vaccines to the world, is now forced to import the vaccine itself. According to the news, India is importing about 1300,000 vaccine doses of Sputnik V vaccine from its ...

What is a toolkit? What is the matter of Greta Thunberg and Disha Ravi.

Delhi Police has registered a case against the makers of the 'toolkit' for the farmers' agitation under sections of sedition, criminal conspiracy and hatred. This toolkit was shared by environmental activist Greta Thunberg. As you may be aware, in the Greta Thunberg Toolkit case, the police have arrested Bangalore's Climate Activist Disha Ravi and taken her on five days remand. All opposition parties and social organizations are protesting about this. But this is only the beginning for the police involved in the investigation of violent demonstrations at the Red Fort. The Delhi Police has started the search for Bombay High Court lawyer Nikita Jacob and another suspect Shantanu in the toolkit case against whom non-bailable warrants have also been issued. So what is the toolkit and why is there so much ruckus on it? What is a toolkit? A toolkit is a collection of information that helps in understanding and disseminating an issue. Actually, it is a document that turns a t...
